The Hooksett Fire-Rescue Department Administration consists of three Chief Officers, Captain/Fire Inspector, Chaplain, and the Administrative Assistant. The Department's administrative offices are located at the Oliver Safety Center 15 Legends Drive and are staffed Monday through Friday from 0800 hours to 1600 hours for normal department business including fire prevention permit applications, or requesting a copy of an incident report.
Suppression / EMS
The Hooksett Fire-Rescue Department is staffed for emergency responses 24 hours per day, seven days per week. One fire officer and 2-3 firefighters are assigned to each station. When needed for multiple or larger events off-duty firefighters and a call company personnel will be recalled to support ongoing operations.
Firefighters are assigned to four different work groups, and are on duty with a rotating schedule of 24-hour shifts averaging 42 hours worked each week. Each group is profiled by clinking the link to the right.
